Question : netbeans 6 intelisense is slow

maybe because I have every programming language installed

intelisense takes up to 45 seconds where I have to wait to type

can I only use intelisense some of the time

In Netbeans :

• Tools | Options
   
• Editor (tab) 
• Code Completion (sub-tab) 
• Uncheck "Auto Popup Completion Window" checkbox 
• Click Ok 

Intellisense will not popup automatically anymore, but you can still use +.
