Question : GPS Tracking Device

Hi

A distribution company would like to provide carriers with a device that would log every location they have been on their delivery route.

Ideally the device would have a button to push to mark the location of every delivery made.  The device could hang loosely with a strap around the carriers neck.

The device should be small and simple with no apparent "value" to the carrier other than to do the job described above.

What would you suggest that would be $100 or less per unit?
