Question : Eclipse cant switch Projects - how do I open another project

I work in Eclipse Java on one project in my workspace.
If I want to load a different project to work on, it never changes seemlessly. I have to create a new project to import the other project into and it is silly. In MS Java, if you open a different project, it changes instantly, no reorganising. How do I switch between projects without altering so much?

Import them into your workspace
