Question : IBM Director Agent software consuming 100% CPU resources every now and then!

Hi Guys

I'm having problems with IBM Director at the moment. It seems that every now than then the IBM Director Agent Level 2 5.20 software consumes nearly about 100% CPU resources! I'm thinking of upgrading the agent software to 5.20.2 I'm hoping that will fix the problem. Any ideas?

The amount of code changed from version 2 5.20 to 5.20.2 would be enormous.
Not only would there be numerous fixes, but a significant amount of the changes
would relate to functionality, and performance.

I would strongly encourage you to do the upgrade
