Question : Import Export or backup and restore DNS and DHCP?

I am getting ready to plan/demo a disaster recovery scene. I will need to rebuild/restore the following:
1. DNS
2. AD
3. DHCP
4. Exchange
5. Some in house apps
My question is, can i export the dns off the current dns server and import it to the new server I built? and so one with DHCP?
