Question : Cisco 7941G IP phones keeps saying restarting every 24 hours

I have a few Cisco 7941G 7945G and 7975G running in Asterisk and for some reason, the phone keeps saying Restarting every 24 hours, but it doesn't restart, you just see the words "restarting". I have to manually restart the phone in order for that message to disappear... And then it goes back up after 24 hours....

Any ideas?

I assume you are running SIP code.  If so go take a look at this website:

Take a look at what version of firmware you are running as compared to the ones they discuss.  Could be buggy firmware.  I have 2 7961G running at the house on asterisk with SIP but I have never seen your problem.  The 7961 and 7941 use the same firmware code.
