Windows XP client on Windows 2000 Server network>I get this message when I try to log on: "Remote Control Agent: Cannot initialize the network. The requested protocol may not be installed." It can browse folders on the network, but can't get run apps from the Unix server (gets winsock error) and can't get on the internet. The PC had lots of spyware and adware on it; after I ran adaware and spybot to remove them, it couldn't get on any longer.
How can I fix this? It's urgent!
