2Wire 1701HG Gateway was a DSL modem router wireless all in one machine from SBC /ATT until it stopped working. I wanted to relace it with DSL modem adn seperate router
NetGear WGT624 Wirelss Router Siemems 4100 Slpstream DSL modem not working wirelessly.
Modem works when hooked up to computer. Works when hooked up to router to computer by cable,
Downstairs rest password. See the network. Packets sent and received. Signeal strength good to VG
Everything appears ok, but the little icon at the bottom says it is acquiring an IP address but it never does.
