Question : Rebuilding DNS config

Hi,
I was wondering how easy it was to rebuild or replicate DNS from one of my offices to another.  The office in Leeds is working fine, Sheffiled is having all sorts of issues with accessing websites internally, accessing OWA, people in Leeds are fine, I get pages not displayed in Sheffield, and then sometimes it works, how woluld I go about rebuilding the DNS, I have errors in the event viewer for DNS sheffield as well.

I created a new forward lookup zone at Sheffield with mydomain.co.uk and put pointers to the CRM and Exchnage server in this.
After a DNS flush all PC's are no able to access the websites.
