Question : Sonicwall and Polycom Video Conferencing Products

Does anyone have any experience configuring a Sonicwall and a Polycom video conferencing unit (specifically the ViaVideo unit in our case)?
External video keeps getting dropped for me, but I have opened all of the ports that they recommend. Help?

H.323 embeds the IP address data payload - if your firewall has an h323 'fixup' feature, you'll have to enable that
