Question : websphere tutorial

Hello Experts,

Does anybody know about good websphere tutorials? I have been given a task of learning websphere and portlets in about 15 days as a developer, so need to learn it quite quickly then. My commercial experience is limited to Core Java only and have knowledge of J2EE, but never developed anything in it. What do you guys suggest? I don't know anything about Portlets as well, so any resources pointing to easy tutorials or if any expert can write a concept in simple language that would also be great!!
