Question : cisco ip communicator

I have installed cisco ip communicator on my laptop, I have configured in cisco call manager, all is fine but when I ring from my communicator I do not hear anything on my usb headset, I am sure this usb headset is working fine becasue I can hear in windows media. any idea.

all fine, I can hear phone ringing but on the other phone they do not hear me. do you have installed these phones before.
