Question : Changing password - Netware 6.5 - ConsoleOne 'failed to start because nmas.dll was not found'

Trying to change a users password from ConsoleOne on our Windows XP password.

When we click 'OK', "consoleone.exe - Unable to Locate Component" "This applicatoin has failed to start because nmas.dll was not found.  Re-installing the applicatoin may fix this problem."

I am assuming a snap-in issue.  If so, where would it be located?  Do I need to install to install on the server?

If not, what client are you running on your WinXP?  If it's the crapware(tm) client that comes with Windows, that would explain it.  You must have the Novell Client32 client installed, and at least, the NICI component installed, in order to do any management functions.
