Question : Eclipse subversion: add to svn:ignore disabled
I'm working on a project where one of the project settings on my local system are different from the server settings. This file is checked into svn. When I try to add this file to the ignore list, I can't because the menu item is disabled.
Is it possible to ignore items that are checked in?
Answer : Eclipse subversion: add to svn:ignore disabled
no, it doesn't make sense to ignore checked in files. Ignoring a file tells subversion to completely ignore it.
