Question : SIP Softphones Comparision

There are many available softphones on net. However, there are also diffrent functions! and some are supporting good features. Does anyone help me to get a best one? both freeware and shareware! and I would like to get the information about price, benefits, advantages and disavantages of these softphones!

Some of the software programs you have listed are IAX clients as opposed to SIP.

I like the SJphone software. It supports all the main features and is a very clean easy to use interface. I have not actually used it myself though.
The other main competitor is X-Lite which I have used. I found it non intuitive to use and complicated to configure.

I use the DIAX IAX client with our telephone system. IAX does not give you all the features of SIP but it has a significant advantage that it has far fewer problems with firewalls and so is far more reliable working from within hotel rooms etc...
