Question : Looking for hosting company

Im looking for agood hosting company that host my website. I need shared hosting plan or virtual server.
The website needs the following specification:
1.Window Plan with Plesk Control Panel.
2.The website is for a new agency, so we are expecting traffic on it.
3.Bandwidth:  800-900 Gb Monthly.
4.Disk space:  40Gb
5.Network traffic spike occasionally reach to 20 Mb/s
6. It built by ASP.net 2.0 + Ajax
7.It has one MS SQL 2005 database and I need about 300Mb database quote( Currently is 60mb)
8.Separate Application Pool, No Application Pool Timeout.
9.Im looking for good customer support, quick response when a support ticket sent.
