Question : Can't Map Network Drive

I am trying to map a network drive. I enter the IP Address as the path, and administrator for connect as. After I hit enter it runs for a while and ends without any thing changed. Should I enter the path as xx.xxx.xxx.xx\c. I had tried xx.xxx.xxx.xx/c which didn't work. I can FTP to the system, and a coworker (no longer here) connected to it a couple of weeks ago. So I know it can be done. What am I doing wrong?

Answer : Can't Map Network Drive

Type this \\computername\C$ that should get you there if you only know the IP and don't know the computer name you can try using the IP instead or you can go to the DOS command prompt and type: nbtstat -A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and it will tell you the computername and whoever is logged into it.
