Question : error 527 outllook

Everytime we want to send an email to this address  @kiwitours.com from the FLExch server. We do not have problem with NYEXCH server when send email to this domain. I check with our service provider and the rdns record is fine @ the space. Please help me wiht this. I really appreciate it. Below is the error we ge from FLEXCHt:

Answer : error 527 outllook

That sounds correct.  Since it is your Exchange server, it should have a pointer for your IP address to exchange.fl.newworldtravel.com.  This points that specific IP address to your Exchange server.  If you have a pointer with a name, like john.doe.fl.newworldtravel.com, then it won't go to the exchange server.
