Question : International Calls using call connector?

hi all,

just a quick one,

when we try to dial an international number from call connect it will not work (with the exception of the US and UK) it removes the 00 prefix from the beginning for some reason?

is there anything i can do to rectify this?

its the unified call connecter, the dialed number removes the 00 from the international number!
