What command can I use on a cisco switch via a console to list all IP addresses connected to the switch and what interfaces they are on.

Answer : List all IP addresses on a Cisco 2924 switch.

If the switch isn't the default gateway for those 12 machines, they won't be in the ARP table of that switch - they'll be in the ARP table of the default gateway switch.  So, you'd have to take the ARP table of THE OTHER SWITCH/ROUTER and match it to the MAC addresses in the Forwarding Table of the switch you're interested in in order to match the IP's to the port number.
