Question : Two DC's fighting for power. Error 8032 & 8003

2 Win2k servers
- 1 is for hosting Exchange 2000 & AD (mail)
- 1 is for DNS / DCHP & AD (file)

Mail server is getting this error :

No they shouldn't. Those seem like the correct settings.

Try that initial link I gave to eventid...see if any of the other solutions apply.
