Question : Radware Firewall Load Balancer

I just purchased a couple of Radware Firewall Load Balancers to play with.  I have no clue how to get into them to administer and reset the password, etc.   Tried a serial cable to a pc with hyperterminal and just get garbage.

Some assistance in connecting and resetting the password would be great.

They are RADWARE FIREWALL LOAD BALANCER  MODEL 904908-U

Ah, we had some, or still have them.  We've decommed them - ... it's been a while, I think it's a straight through serial cable - it might be 19200 instead of 9600 speed.
