It will be great to get a positive answer.
I cannot say that I know the true, but I will say what I see when work with the GPS receivers. I'd say that already all of them work with NMEA protocol. Almost all of them give a basic information once per second - accordingly to the NMEA protocol. The time is presented in few messages. Almost always without miliseconds.
So <10ns sounds too optimistic for me.
To work 10 GPS receivers simultaniously? :)
I've never worked with the DGPS and, maybe, it is possible there - I just don't know.
But again, I'll be glad to see the answer that it is possible.
