Question : Cisco Catalyst 3548-XL Dead in the water

I have 3 3548-XL's, one of which is unusable.  Anything I plug into it, on any port, runs dog slow.  This device is running IOS ver 12.0(5.2)XU.  Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot the performance?

It's linked to a 3508G-XL via one of the gbic ports.  I've tried swapping cards, using the other gbic ports, different ports on the 3508, nothing works.

Any ideas?

That's your issue. Duplex setting must match at each end. Auto tries to negoiate to duplex method (Either half or full). Full doesn't. It just sets full duplex.

Either set them both to full or both to Auto.
