Question : WinXPDisableZeroConfiguration.exe

I recently purchased a Belkin wireless router and network card for my laptop, and since installatiom of the software to enable to wireless card I have had three problems:

1) WinXPDisableZeroConfiguration.exe seems to hog CPU resources at =>98% continually,

2) I am constantly uploading to the internet either through the router, or if I disconnect it and log into the net via dialup it also uploads continually

3) Unable to use the built in Windows Wireless Management tool - to the point that the Belkin software continually disables the Win software and re-enables itself.

Answer : WinXPDisableZeroConfiguration.exe

Wow... something is spamming linksynergy.com a lot.
Please download and run TCPview from sysinternals.
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/tcpview.shtml

This will show you what program is connected to linksynergy.com. (note that linksynergy.com doesn't resolve anymore, they've probably been taken down for abuse or such)
