We have a few remote offices with 5-10 pcs, where users are running Windows XP. The users should only by using Citrix, low band-width app. Every once in a while we see spikes in network traffic, this causes problems for the users using Citrix. We want a way to limit each pc to say 30kbs , seems like there is software out there for XP that can do this, also perhaps the network switch at the location can do this.
Wanted to see what other maybe using or doing in this situation.
( We have IE locked down with an AD group policy so it should not be web traffic. )
