Question : save vpn connections settings

is there a way to zip a vpn connection? intention to give the file to a user who doesn't know how to setup a vpn.

Answer : save vpn connections settings

For that one I'm not 100%.  The settings are in
%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk

Although that stores the setting information, I'm not sure where the info is for actual network connection piece of it.
