Question : Removing Network card and Software

we are installing a new product and in order for it to work I have to remove the wireless software on all laptops. That part is easy. However, when you uninstall the the wireless software it uninstalls the driver as well. I want to know if it is possible to remove just the software and leave the wireless driver?

For example: We have D630's in are environment and when you uninstall the Dell Wireless untility with a script it also removes the wireless driver.

In other words I want only the windows Zero configuration to control the wireless adaptor and nothing else

Answer : Removing Network card and Software

no but you could make one

simple right click on the .ini file and you can choses install.

this will install the driver in to windows and then after a reboot a scan for new hardware will run it should pick up the dirvers for the network card.
