Question : How to Bridge 2 network

I have 2 separate network in 1 building.  The first network (A) is using a DSL connection with gateway of 192.168.1.1, sub 255.255.255.0 and Ip range 192.168.1.* while the other network (B) is using a a cable connection with a Gateway of 10.1.10.1, sub 255.255.255.0 and IP range 10.1.10.*
Nework A is our actual nework and it has Windows Server 2003.  Network B is our test network and only has 3 windows XP machine running FTP server.  Is it possible for network B to access files on Network A. If so how do i set this up? I know I can have 2 NIC on a pc on Network b and have the NICs hooked up to both network. But is there another way to do this.  Any help is much appreciated
