Question : Change SUP2 card on Cisco 6500 from Hybrid to Native mode

I was wondering if i could change from Hybrid to Native mode by taking out the PC card with CatOS and replace it with a PC card that contains an IOS. Will this work? Or, do I have to run the conversion utility on the existing configuration? I appreciate your help.

Answer : Change SUP2 card on Cisco 6500 from Hybrid to Native mode

0x0 until you get the flash (onboard or card) formatted under IOS, then 0x2102.

You WANT control of it until it's quiescent, then you want it to boot on its own.
