Question : what are the steps to print to a networked printer from another domain?
I have a network that has two domains. i have several networked printers that are installed on domain 1. Users who log into domain 2 wish to print to the networked printers on domain 1. I have tried installing the printers on a laptop that is on domain 2 via the unc when the laptop tries to connect it ask for authentication for domain 1, i typed in the admin account info and check the rember password settings. It works ok until i have reboot the laptop. If i try and print, after the reboot i get the message print failed. I have tried this on another pc and i have also tried using the ip address of the printers. Domain 1 is the dhcp & dns server for the network.

Create a trust between the domains. Or, even easier, if they're IP printers, just install them as local printers on a machine in domain 2 and share from there.
If it's not an IP printer, it might be worth the money to get a little print server device to make it one.
