Question : How to create Redundancy between two WEB Servers in different locations

Hello,

We have two WEB Servers in two different countries. Those Web Servers host literally the same websites. We need to achieve redundancy and let users requests redirect automatically to the second WEB Server in case the access to the first one fails.

I assume this can be done using DNS and BIND. Is there any article or resource explaining in detail how can this be achieved?

Appreciate your help -

So would it be better to let our ISP manage all the domains? I think they will let us use priorities on their DNS servers. I need to achieve redundancy between those two servers. Yet remains the DB and files sync issue over  the internet. How can we achieve this?
