I have researched this error, and could only find this from CA (googles cache):

--------------------------------------------
Q: I am receiving a Session Credential Conflict when submitting an ARCserve job. How can I resolve this problem? EC=3150 Unable to connect to network drive / E3150 / 3150 / admin$ / EC=session credential conflict / e3201 / 3201

A: A Session Credential Conflict will occur if you have an established connection between one computer and another with one login/password session, and attempt to establish a second connection with a different login/password session. Let's clarify this:
Let's say you have a drive mapped to server ABC with account XYZ. If you try to establish a backup job to server ABC using account XYZ the security, you may receive a Session Credential Conflict error since XYZ is already established as an open session from the ARCserve server. Remember that ARCserve adheres to the underlying security rules stipulated by the operating system.
--------------------------------------------

This never used to have any problems, i know we are using the correct username / password etc.

Is anyone able to shed some light on any situations that this might occur? We have mapped drives from other servers / logins and that doesnt interfere with the backups, so why does this one?

Thank you,

Adam

Answer : ARCserve Backup "CREDENTIAL CONFLICT" error

The account that is logged in when running the backup, AccountA does not equal the account that is actually running the backup AccountB, this will cause the above problem.  Also if you have mapped network drives on another server as anyone other then the account that is used to run the backup software.  Disconnect all network drives and remap them as the account that runs the backup software.

This should fix your problem.
