Question : Disable network adapter for local windows XP user

In workgroup network there is one PC which has two loca users accounts. I want to setup one user to have network (no problem) and for another user to disable network access.

Actually it appeared its as simple as: set for limited user to any IP settings that will be out of subnet, or if there isnt DHCP server (as in my case), just choose a dynamic IP. :)
