Question : cant get my laptop to connect to my wireless network

my laptop sees my wireless network but wont connect to it. i dont know what the problem is. is there any way to delete my wireless network and start over. it used to work but now it doesnt. i had to get a new router but its the same one.

any help is appreciated

A couple of questions:
1) is the wireless port on your new router enabled?
2) is your router configured for WEP? If so, is your pc configured with the WEP ID?
3) can you post the router type

try these:
> check your router's wireless config to see if it is enabled
> check to see if you had WEP enabled, if so you will have an ID on your machine...delete it if your new router does not have WEP enabled
> try disabling and enabling the wireless connection, it will rebuild the connection

just a couple of small things to try, post back and let us know!
