Question : Live Communications Server 2005 LSDiag Error

I am currently running LCS 2005 Standard on Server 2003 in a single domain.  When I run the LSDiag tool I get a 504 error when trying to connct via the diagnostic client.  I've ran the client from other machines and get the same error.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this or what is causing the problem?
