No, your best method is to go to
www.novell.com/downloads and search on the Server Consolidation and Migration tool (SCMT.EXE is the download file). Put it onto your workstation that has been hard-coded at 100mbps/full duplex. Hardcode both your source server and target server to 100/full as well (using INETCFG). Doing the hard coded setup eliminates auto-negotiate packets and will greatly speed up the copy process.
This utility also preserves all user rights, file attributes and ownership as you copy/consolidate.
You'll use the "Server Consolidation" side of the utility instead of the "Migration" as you simply copying files from a volume on server 1 to a similiarly named volume on server 2.
Be sure that both servers are registered in SLP with the SMDR service. Type display slp services on the server console of both and look for the SMDR:
