Question : Microsoft Patch Compliance Reporting (MBSA, WSUS)

This really shouldn't be too hard but....Here's what I need to do.
I need a report that shows which PC's are out of compliance with Microsoft Security patches. MS 2K3 domain, 500+ PCs. We have a WSUS server....also have MBSA. These tools get me very close to what I need but I need a report that gives a birds eye view of our compliance status. With MBSA I can run a report that shows detailed info about a specific PC...I can also run a scan and get detailed info about all 500 of our PC's. But this is way too detailed for the report that I need. I get similar results with our WSUS server.
Can someone tell me how I can get the info I need using MBSA or WSUS?
I need a reports that says, for example, that 225 PC's are in full compliance and 250 PC's are missing patches. It's easy to get the detailed info but I need an overview for auditors.
Any help is appreciated.
