Question : Track internet Usage on terminal server

I am trying implement internet monitoring and tracking at several of our branches.  The problem I am running into is this.  Our branches are connected to the internet through sonicwall TZ170's.  I can setup the sonicwall so that users have to authenticate as themselves to the sonicwall to be able to browse the internet.  But we are running terminal servers at our branches.  When one person on the terminal server authenticates to the sonicwall to browse it then allows anyone on the terminal server to browse without authenticating and all activity shows up in the syslog as that first user.  Ideally I would like a solution for this problem.  But if anything I need a utility to run on the terminal server to track individual users surfing habits, sites visited, times, and volume of traffic.  The problem really is that a terminal server is just one PC with one IP address but many people are using it.  Thanks ahead of time for the help.

Answer : Track internet Usage on terminal server

Have you done a firmware upgrade on the sonicwall since purchase, or recently?  That solves a disconnect problem, and you might try it for this too, also go into the sonicwall setup and see if there is a way to set authentication for every request, as that should point to the problem.
