Question : error 691 with vpn access

hi
i have sbs 2003 running remote access. i have the client setup on my laptop and a customers one. i cannot connect and either can he, we get error 691 and username or password is invalid. a work colleague of mine can connect no problem. in my properties of thte connection i dont have the option to allow unsecured password, its only require secure password or smart card. can you help me on this please

Answer : error 691 with vpn access

-Just noticed it is SBS. Proper way to connect a user is to create a connection disk using the built in wizard on the SBS. Located under; server management | Internet and E-mail | Create remote Installation Disk.
Was this followed? It should look after name resolution issues.
