hello I have some questions about MPLS.

What are the disadvantages of the MPLS technology?
I cant find many disadvantages on the internet..

In which layer of the  ISO/OSI model is it applied?
Which network protocols are supported by the MPLS technology?

If you also know any good and complete tutorial about MPLS on the internet
it would be helpful.

Answer : MPLS

The only disadvantage is that it is relatively new technology
There are many advantages over frame-relay, atm, lease-line, etc.

Depends on the implementation. Some vendors market a Layer2 application, while most others market it as a L3 IP-based implementation.

Which network protocols are supported by the MPLS technology?
>TCP/IP for sure, but the term "multi-protocol" in the name alludes to more uses.
