Basically, you need to recreate the subnet. For example, you are using a subnet of 255.255.255.224. If there are not any subnets above or below it, you need to change it to 255.255.255.192. This would give you 62 usable host. If these are being issued from a DHCP server, then you delete the subnet on your DHCP server and recreate it with that subnet. Then you must also change the subnet on any device you have a static address on. This change will also need to occur on all routers the route traffice to this subnet.
