Question : Setup IPSEC Tunnel on Juniper SSG140

Hello all and thanks in advance.

I am trying to setup an ipsec tunnel between two Juniper SSG140's.  I'm using the VPN wizard figuring it would be the simplest if I set both up exactly alike.  No luck.  After I setup both tunnels, how do I initiate it to go up?

Can someone point me in the right direction here?
