Question : Ports used in Domino replication
Hi
I am deploying a Domino 5 server on Windows 2003 which will host a web application. The application will be available to world wide users through internat. This server will be deployed in our DMZ zone and will replicate with internal Domino servers. Do you have any document which can help me in this setup.
I also want to know the ports which should be open to establish DMZ server's replication with internal servers.
If you have any useful information, please pass.
I am using Domino for applications not for email.
Thanks
Answer : Ports used in Domino replication
Leave these ports open (if you're going to use those protocols):
53 - DNS
80 - http
443 - https (SSL)
389 - LDAP (and 636 - LDAPs - secure LDAP over SSL, TLS)
1352 - Notes <-> Domino, Domino <-> Domino
3389 - RDP
Hope this helps,
