Question : HOW TO ASSIGN NETWORK BANDWIDTH "MANUALLY"

The title explane what i need.

I have 20 workstation connected by ethernet switch and configured with static private ip address.
I need to assign manually the network bandwidth for each workstation connected.
What do i need ?
Is it possible to assign bandwidth for each wks manually by some add-on software or by win2kserver ?
There is just one way or more than one ?

Answer : HOW TO ASSIGN NETWORK BANDWIDTH "MANUALLY"

You can use ISA server to setup content groups and set bandwidth priorities.  
You can also use hardware devices like those mentioned in earlier posts or a packeteer which does application traffic shaping.
