Answer : Setup to allow external access to my internal website

Yes, there is a way to acess your website from outside without domain name.

You can access it using IP address.

All you have to do is to do a port forward on port 80 to the local IP address of server.

IF you have multiple public IPs then you can also do a static nat.

Then from outside, just fill in the public IP address of the website in the browser and it will open.

http://x.x.x.x/virtual_directory_name

If you want, you can get a third level domain name for free. Like YOURNAME.ABCZ.COM etc.

Just look at this site:  http://freedns.afraid.org/zc.php?from=L2R5bmFtaWMv

They offer free subdomain registration facility. Just signup for free and create your own subdomain.
