Hi, is there a way to publish my internal website on IIS to be published securely on the internet, so that I am able to access it via my PDA.

Yes, there is a way to acess your website from outside without domain name.
You can access it using IP address.
All you have to do is to do a port forward on port 80 to the local IP address of server.
IF you have multiple public IPs then you can also do a static nat.
Then from outside, just fill in the public IP address of the website in the browser and it will open.
http://x.x.x.x/virtual_directory_name
If you want, you can get a third level domain name for free. Like YOURNAME.ABCZ.COM etc.

They offer free subdomain registration facility. Just signup for free and create your own subdomain.
