Question : Mapped drive says it only has 1GB space on it - Lies!!!

Hi there

We have a small peer-to-peer network, and we used to use an XP Pro machine as a file server.  We recently upgraded it to XP Small business.  So I re-mapped everyone to the new file server, and it has worked on all machines but one.  When she tries to copy files to the server, it tells her that there isn't enough space.  When I look at the properties of the mapped drive, it says it has 1GB total storage space, which is almost full.  What a crock!  It has more like 300GB in total.

I've tried logging into her machine as a different user, same deal.  She is on XP Pro like the rest of us.

Anyone know why?

Thank you, Rachel.

Seems kind of strange. What does it say from a different machine? check quotas on the server as well as any on the share.
