Question : Can't connect to shared drives through VPN connection but can ping successfully and see email

Hello,

I have a remote user that cannot access the share drives.  He get's a message "Network Connection Not Found".  When he disconnects a drive and attempts to remap, he get's the following message, "The network path .... cannot be found".

The user can successfully ping the server.  I'm not sure what's going on here.  Any suggestions?

I just spoke with Dell tech support.  He ruled out a hardware issue.  So, I'm installing the Network drivers and if that doesn't work then he suggested a repair install of the OS.
