Question : can't connect

I have a network set up at home with computers through Radmin.  My work computers are networked to each other and can connect to my computer at home  but I can't connect to my work computer.  I am totally walking blind here.

You said you were able to connect from work to home, so I would assume that the Netgear at the office is setup to accomodate remote connections. From home first you need to establish a VPN to do this you are going to need to know 2 things. The outside IP address of the Netgear ( it would be anything OTHER than 192.168.x.x or 172.16.x.x or 169.254.x.x) Next you are going to need to know the username and password of the remote access account. Your IT dept should be able to give you both of these. Once you get the VPN established then you just remote desktop to your PC at work using it's internal IP.
