Question : How to measure Round-Trip-Time of each TCP Packet ( or Segment )

How can we measure the RTT ( Round-Trip-Time or Round-Trip-Delay ) of each packets who travel along a TCP Connection ? is it possible by code ? is it possible by any FREE !! and AVAILABLE !! software ? the TCP connection is established between two end host with MS Windows OS. If also you have any related information please tell me. Thanks

Best bet is download the trial version of solarwinds engineers toolkit (Its fantastic) and has advanced ping tools that will let you do just this
